Preparing For Your First Appointment

Arrive Early

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your first appointment so we can process your paperwork, check on insurance, and answer any questions. Your initial exam will take longer than subsequent visits; we suggest you plan 45 minutes to an hour.

Bring Your Insurance Card

We participate with many insurance plans. Bring your insurance card in with you and we will do a complimentary benefits check before you incur any charges. If you don’t have insurance we offer a cash plan and a chiropractic discount card.
